Primary Purpose and Function:
The CCCRM Services Specialist will work with our newest customers, ensuring successful configuration of the CRM platform for our SMB clients. The Services Specialist’s primary objective is the ensure product configuration, data importation, and system integrations are setup in an accurate and timely manner. To be successful in this role the Services Specialist should have knowledge of the CRM platform including all features that transcend the client base. As an Services Specialist, you will work closely with the Services Lead as well as Sales to plan, coordinate and execute implementation activities including but not limited to: system creation, reviewing workflows, importing client data, connecting or implementing client website to CRM and acting as the technical consultant when needed. Along with providing accurate and efficient setup, the Services Specialist will meet both team and personal goals as defined by the Professional Services Leader.
