Primary Purpose and Function:
The Manager of Professional Services (PS) will be responsible for running the day to day operations of the Professional Services team. The Manager of PS will have multiple direct reports and be held to high standards of leadership. This position will work with some of our newest customers and assist in the implementation success of the CRM platform for our Enterprise and Mid-Market customers. The Manager of Professional Services is all about service-minded/servant-heart mentality coupled with ability to motivate and lead a team. To be successful in this role, the Manager of PS should have expert level knowledge of the CRM & CCF platforms, including all features that transcend the customer base. This person should also be very comfortable reporting and analyzing team performance. As the Manager of PS at CRM you will own everything related to the successful implementation of all CRM products and features and serve as primary point of contact for both internal team members and external client stakeholders.
