Primary Purpose and Function:

The Manager of Professional Services (PS) will be responsible for running the day to day operations of the Professional Services team. The Manager of PS will have multiple direct reports and be held to high standards of leadership. This position will work with some of our newest customers and assist in the implementation success of the CRM platform for our Enterprise and Mid-Market customers. The Manager of Professional Services is all about service-minded/servant-heart mentality coupled with ability to motivate and lead a team. To be successful in this role, the Manager of PS should have expert level knowledge of the CRM & CCF platforms, including all features that transcend the customer base. This person should also be very comfortable reporting and analyzing team performance. As the Manager of PS at CRM you will own everything related to the successful implementation of all CRM products and features and serve as primary point of contact for both internal team members and external client stakeholders.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead day to day operations of Professional Services team.
  • Analyze & report on team performance, leveraging Hubspot, Microsoft BI, Smartsheet, & Excel.
  • Motivate, lead, and coach a team of individuals both remotely and in person.
  • Ability and comfort in effectively communicating with all levels of staff of a Childcare organization from center directors to executives.
  • Create and maintain required implementation artifacts including rate sheet and age groups, project timeline and schedule, and proper documentation of progress in Hubspot.
  • Follow the established policies, procedures, and workflows outlined for successful client implementation.
  • Handle the formal hand-off from sales to professional services team.
  • Answer customer phone calls and conduct screen-shares to present customer expectations.
  • Continually strive to improve the Services Organization processes by enhancing best practices and proactively identifying areas of improvement.
  • Consistently achieve performance goals month over month.
  • Contribute to ongoing internal content creation, documentation, and customer account audits.
  • Successfully organize your work and schedules for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain professional and product knowledge.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:

(REQUIRED)

  • Prior experience in an Implementation Manager role
  • 2+ years of supporting customers in a SaaS/Software environment
  • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce.com)
  • Proven ability to build relationships with Customers and internal teams
  • Proven ability to lead and coach
  • Demonstrates team-building style and has experience operating in a shared services model with ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
  • Detailed-oriented with a positive and inquisitive attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines when necessary
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
