As an Account Executive, you’ll be a pivotal member of ChildcareCRM’s growth engine. While our training, management methodology and support is diligent, ChildcareCRM’s Account Executives are provided with the freedom and independence to own their market segment and book of business. This is a mixed work from home and in-office role. We are a fun, energetic and business casual work environment with a management team that is committed to your success. You’ll receive great coaching (not micro-management) and have the opportunity to make a difference at ChildcareCRM.

 

Together we will build this business:

 

  • You’ll be responsible for managing your market segment and owning prospects from lead to close to grow our customer base
  • You’ll provide an exceptional customer experience that delights our prospects and builds lasting relationships
  • You’ll become a customer and industry expert, identifying pain points and educating prospects on how our platform will help them and their business
  • You’ll partner with an SDR who will support you in building top of funnel, along with managing some inbound leads
  • We are looking for talented, driven professionals who are looking to grow their professional careers; excelling at this role with the opportunity to grow into their next one
  • We will train you on all aspects of the ChildcareCRM and ChildcareFORMS platforms so you can demonstrate them to prospects
  • You will learn sales fundamentals, processes and tools to empower you to do your best work

Your should have the following experience:

 

  • 1+ year of SaaS or relevant sales experience achieving (or exceeding) goals
  • Tech proficiency (Video Chat/CRM/Microsoft Suite) a plus
